Your Role

As our

Associate Specialist Orthodontist

, you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional care across both NHS and Private Patients. Your responsibilities include:

Managing a varied patient list (with a strong focus on private care) Providing a full suite of orthodontic services: ? Fixed appliances (brackets and wires)? Clear aligners (e.g. Invisalign)? Interceptive (early) orthodontics? Interdisciplinary planning with general and specialist dentists Conducting comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and reviews Keeping precise clinical records in line with GDC and NHS standards Engaging in ongoing audit, clinical governance, and team development

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who's not only clinically excellent, but also passionate about patient care and team collaboration. You'll ideally have:

GDC registration as a Specialist Orthodontist (FRCS Orth, MSc Orth etc.) Or be a DWSI with 5+ years' experience in orthodontics At least 2 years' experience working in a mixed NHS/private practice Proven skill with fixed appliances and clear aligner systems A patient-focused, communicative approach Strong time management and commitment to clinical excellence
