Partnering with our esteemed client, a renowned firm specialising in architecture, engineering, and design, we are actively seeking a dynamic professional to join their growing team.

About the Associate Structural Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Leadership Role:

As an Associate Structural Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Leadership Role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding a new structural engineering team within our client\xe2\x80\x99s Birmingham studio. This exciting opportunity involves contributing to the creation of inspiring buildings across various sectors, including healthcare, education, retail, and workplace. Be part of a collaborative, multi-professional design team and actively contribute to major national and international projects.

Typical project value is between \xc2\xa310m and \xc2\xa330m but, they also work on mega projects up to \xc2\xa3500m but, not as often as you can appreciate.

Your Profile:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Chartered (MIStructE, MICE) Engineer with over 12 years of relevant experience in leading design firms. Showcase your excellent design, technical, and software skills, along with a proven track record in managing teams and clients for varying scale projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must, as well as proficiency in structural design analysis software (experience with Tekla Structures, TEDDS, Staad PRO, and Etabs is advantageous). Experience in a BIM environment and knowledge of Revit will be highly regarded.
