You'll work alongside expert developers and operations leaders to enhance systems our used by both internal and external customers, support users, and support the creation of high-quality data insights that shape strategic decisions. This role suits someone who combines a foundational tech skillset with the drive to improve systems, learn quickly, and work cross-functionally across diverse teams.
Location & Working Arrangements

Based in Dundee with hybrid working enabled once training and competency milestones are met (typically 3 days in-office minimum). Flexibility is available based on project needs and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Maintain, configure and support internal business systems and applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and deliver reporting and analytics requirements
Build and maintain dashboards and analytics tools to improve operational visibility
Assist in systems enhancements, updates, and documentation practices
Escalate and troubleshoot complex technical issues (Level 2/3 support)
Partner with finance, operations, and product experts to identify opportunities for system and service improvement
Participate in training and stay current with relevant technologies and platforms
Contribute to strategic discussions on future technologies and systems innovation
What You'll Bring

Skills & Experience
Degree (or equivalent experience) in IT/ Systems, or a related technical field
Prior experience in systems/application support or helpdesk environment
Proficient in Oracle SQL and relational databases
Exposure to scripting languages like PHP, JavaScript, or Python
Strong Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office suite
Clear communicator with problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
Logical thinker with the ability to work to deadlines in a customer-focused role
