We are seeking motivated

Associates

to support our creative and operational teams in delivering high-quality projects for international clients.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in professional services, project coordination, or creative operations who can manage tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across creative teams. Support communication between videographers, editors, designers, and project leads. Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Assist in client communication, maintaining professionalism and clarity. Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and support workflow organisation. Help identify and resolve project risks or bottlenecks.

Requirements:

Experience in

project coordination, administration, or creative operations.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Familiarity with

Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.).

Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented. Experience in creative or production environments is a plus.
