I am working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Bristol, which is looking to expand its planning team. They are currently recruiting for a Planner, Senior Town Planner, and Associate Town Planner to join them on a permanent basis.

The Role:
xc2xb7Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
xc2xb7Providing planning advice to clients across various sectors
xc2xb7Managing projects and liaising with local authorities and stakeholders
xc2xb7Supporting or leading on site appraisals, planning strategies, and policy reviews
Key Requirements:
xc2xb7A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
xc2xb7MRTPI status (for Senior Planner level) or working towards accreditation for Planner level.
xc2xb7Experience in planning consultancy or local authority
xc2xb7Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation
xc2xb7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
xc2xb7Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
