Creative Difference Training is an independent training consultancy specialising in high-quality, bespoke Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence training solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting experienced

Associate Trainers

to deliver a range of client-focused and government-funded programmes across South Wales.

About the Role



As an Associate Trainer, you will deliver a variety of Lean Six Sigma and Business-Improvement programmes, including:

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Business Improvement Techniques (Levels 2 & 3) Operational Excellence consultancy and implementation
Training and workshops are both theory- and implementation-based, focused on delivering immediate improvements to client processes, people, and systems.

This role also includes delivering

open courses and online training

to individuals funded through

Welsh Government initiatives

, helping to drive skills development across the region.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver in-person and online Lean Six Sigma training, with a focus on practical application Support clients with the implementation of Lean tools on the shop floor and across business functions Deliver accredited B-IT (Business Improvement Techniques) qualifications Maintain high standards of learner engagement and assessment practices

Essential Skills and Qualifications



Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Experience delivering Business Improvement Techniques (Level 2 & 3) Recognised Trainer Qualification (e.g., PTTLS, CertEd, TAQA, A1 or D32/33 or equivalent) Strong industrial experience, with up-to-date knowledge of best practices Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Competent in Lean methodologies and tools

Desirable Skills and Qualifications



CAVA, TAQA, A1 or D32/33 Assessor qualifications Ability to deliver Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and support -

Master Black Belt certification

would be advantageous but is not essential
