About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Tutor in Creative Writing.


Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Contributing effectively to the subject area in a chosen area of scholarly development with support and assistance from colleagues as required Provide support to individual students and groups of students in accordance with Edge Hill procedures, referring students to further support services as appropriate Using teaching and learning strategies, which encourage student involvement and advance their independent learning

About You

As an Associate Tutor in Creative Writing, you will have:

Proven track record of providing high-quality learning experiences leading to excellent student outcomes. Good knowledge of the current literary landscape Effective communication styles and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and use effective, flexible, and innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment Ability to engage in innovation, knowledge construction and knowledge dissemination Ability to support the general development of the department, the faculty, and the institution
