What makes this role exciting



CloudPay is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate UK Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic in-house Implementation team. In this dual-role, you'll gain hands-on experience in both UK payroll processing and client onboarding--while building a solid foundation for a long-term career in payroll and implementation.

Main responsibilities



Gain hands-on experience across all aspects of UK payroll processing and implementation. Accurately and efficiently process multiple payrolls and implementations on behalf of clients, ensuring all deadlines are met. Provide exceptional support to clients on payroll-related matters, including acting as a backup during holidays or emergencies to maintain service continuity. Maintain accurate payroll records and information within the CloudPay payroll system. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data or documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures. Responsible for prioritising client's payroll and delivering payrolls as required. Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory UK authorities. Compile and file all required reports with relevant UK government agencies, ensuring full compliance.


Experience needed for this role



5 GCSEs minimum, equivalent to A - C including Maths and English Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
