Summary

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Associate with Middle Eastern experience to join a dynamic, small-scale international practice based in West London. This position offers an enticing combination of challenging projects and unique work arrangements, including the chance to travel to Dubai and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Take the lead on international masterplans, villa designs, and large-scale schemes in the Middle East and around the World, from conception to completion.
  • Design Excellence: Demonstrate a hands-on approach in shaping innovative architectural solutions that meet client needs and international standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a talented team of architects, designers, and engineers both in house and around the world to achieve project goals.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships and ensure their visions are translated into remarkable architectural designs.
  • International Travel: Be enthusiastic about traveling to Dubai and the Middle East to oversee project development and build global connections.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: 15+ years\' experience in practice, ARB registration preferred but not essential
  • Architectural Expertise: Proven experience in architectural design and project management with a focus on international masterplans, villas, and large-scale schemes in the Middle East.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using architectural design software, including Revit and Rhino.
  • Outgoing Nature: A sociable and approachable personality that fosters effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Passion for Travel: An eagerness to travel to Dubai and the Middle East, as this role involves on-site project management.
