ABOUT THE ROLE
As Associate / Director Project Manager, you will take the lead on major projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle and managing teams to deliver exceptional results. You will also play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior project managers. This position is ideal for a senior professional seeking a step into leadership, with a clear pathway to further progression.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver multiple large-scale projects (up to 40-50m) from inception to completion
  • Develop project strategies, programmes, and budgets
  • Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Manage risk, procurement, and contract administration to ensure project success
  • Oversee and mentor project teams, providing guidance and leadership
  • Contribute to business development, bids, and proposals
  • Play an active role in shaping company strategy and driving growth
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in the 40-50m range
  • MRICS, MAPM, or similar professional qualification preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Ambition to progress into a Director or Partner-level role
