As an Associate/Lead Associate, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-priority strategic work across WTW. You will work on a small number of focused projects at any one time, partnering closely with colleagues across the business. You will help structure complex problems, gather and analyse data, develop insights, and turn those insights into clear, practical recommendations. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and strong opportunities for learning and development. For Lead Associate roles, you will take on greater responsibility for running workstreams or small projects, guiding more junior team members, and managing your own deliverables end-to-end.



The Role:




Help define and structure strategic questions and project scope Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including financial modelling, market and competitor analysis, and internal performance assessment Gather insights through research, interviews, and workshops with subject-matter experts Synthesize findings into clear insights and practical recommendations Prepare concise, high-quality materials for senior leadership discussions Support planning and follow-through on agreed strategic initiatives Own workstreams or small projects and review the work of more junior team members

Qualifications

What you'll bring :




Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above, or equivalent) Experience in consulting, strategy, corporate development, finance, or strategic planning is an advantage Prior exposure to financial services or professional services is helpful but not required Strong analytical skills and comfort working through ambiguity Ability to turn data, research, and analysis into clear, actionable insights Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior audiences Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrable interest in strategy, economics, business, finance
