Associate/senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate Glasgow/edinburgh

Scotland, United Kingdom

Job Description

Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Commercial Real Estate team in Glasgow and Edinburgh, with the option for hybrid working. This position involves transactional work across telecoms and commercial asset management, areas experiencing rapid growth.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day transactional asset management work, act as the primary contact for clients, and support the wider team on large-scale projects, adhering to client protocols and firm standards. The role also offers opportunities for non-fee-earning activities like knowledge sharing and training.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in Scottish commercial real estate, possessing strong organisational skills and a commercial approach to legal issues, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels. Experience in telecoms and/or asset management is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Candidates with experience in residential property, residential development or rural property will also be considered for this position, should they have an interest in moving in to more commercial work.
This is a full-time position that offers the chance to grow within a dynamic environment and to work with a high-calibre client portfolio. Candidates looking for flexible work arrangements are also encouraged to apply. Should this role be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact Cameron or Teddie for an initial, confidential discussion. (Assignment 17820)
