The role:





Leadership:

Lead the ESG Due diligence and Climate resilience team Demonstrate thought leadership and build own and team's profile externally and internally Encourage a culture of learning and development and excellence Lead by example in terms of service delivery and upholding Hollis values Recognised by the industry and build reputation within the business and with our clients



Expertise:Ideally the candidate should have relevant experience to deliver and lead the following services: ESG Due Diligence based on Better Building Partnership (BBP) Acquisition toolkit, Physical Climate Risk assessments and certifications Accredited BREEAM assessor (NC, RFO and In-use), WELL and Fitwell Optional Experience and understanding of domestic and non-domestic energy assessments (CRREM, SAPs, IES, PHPP or similar) Manage team resources and financials to meet commercial targets Ensure deadlines and client expectations are met Take responsibility of professional development of the team Understands and supports Hollis business management tools Takes initiative in building new client base and strengthen relations with existing clients Good at client pitches and competent in securing new opportunities Assess trends and stays ahead of the commercial environment to assess impact on clients and own service Engages with Hollis business development and marketing activities



Qualifications:Masters in a relevant degree Accredited BREEAM assessor (NC, RFO and In Use) Experience of delivering and leading projects Chartered Environmentalist or equivalent WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador will be beneficial Understanding of Climate Risk Assessment

- Experience of UK Building Regulations - Part L and Part O and planning requirements will be beneficial

Residential and non-residential energy modelling (SAP, IES, PHPP or similar)
