As part of our continued drive to support students and families, we are seeking to recruit a dedicated, passionate and highly skilled colleague for the role of Attendance and Family Liaison Officer. The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Attendance and Safeguarding Lead, playing a key role in improving school attendance and supporting families to overcome barriers to regular education.
This is a vital role that combines outreach, casework, data analysis, and partnership working, where you will play a central part in helping to re-engage pupils with education, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
The ideal candidate will therefore be solution focused, have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and engage with our students and families. Home visits are a requirement of this role and so you will be required to hold a current driving licence and have use of your own vehicle.
