To lead strategic attendance improvement across the school by reviewing current systems, delivering targeted CPD, and ensuring a culture where attendance is everyone's responsibility. The role will focus on quality assurance, action planning, and accountability at all levels.


We are seeking a proactive and strategic Attendance Improvement Lead to support whole-school improvement by leading attendance initiatives, delivering targeted CPD, and embedding a culture where attendance is everyone's responsibility.


Key responsibilities include:



Reviewing and improving attendance systems and interventions Developing and implementing strategic action plans Supporting staff accountability and delivering CPD Promoting a whole-school attendance culture Reporting regularly to SLT with data and impact analysis -Ideal candidates will have: Proven experience improving attendance in an educational setting Strong understanding of attendance legislation and safeguarding Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience delivering staff training If you're ready to make a measurable impact on student outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
