Attendance Officer
36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time plus INSET days)
Salary: Band 4, Points 5-6. Actual salary: 20,564.47 per annum.

Stanchester Academy is looking for an Attendance Officer to support our commitment to student success. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring high levels of student attendance, liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and manage the academy's attendance system
Provide attendance reports and support staff with attendance-related queries
Communicate with parents and coordinate meetings as needed
Assist in monitoring and supporting student attendance

Strong administrative and IT skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to handle situations with professionalism and assertiveness
