About the role:
This individual will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and retaining attendees for specific events. The executive should be highly motivated and ready to make a direct impact on attendee acquisition goals for each event.
You must be organized, proactive, adaptable, professional, and personable, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Embracing challenges and learning new skills is essential. Above all, you should be an exceptional team player, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Head of Attendee Relations for your event vertical.
Support the acquisition of buy-side delegates through outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Manage your event and arrange hotel and travel logistics for executive-level attendees.
Cultivate relationships with key delegates and industry leaders through effective communication.
Ensure a superior customer experience for VIPs throughout the campaign.
Collaborate with event sponsors to maximize client participation and the delivery of One2One offerings.
Build strong relationships with key VIPs to foster brand commitment and loyalty.
Required to be in the office three days a week.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with high-level executives over the phone.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for continuous improvement.
Skilled in writing and editing for clear communication.
Excellent communication and organization skills with keen attention to detail.
Reliable and resourceful, focused on enhancing the attendee experience.
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to work independently while being a team player.
