The Role
We're hiring a Junior-Mid Level
AV Field Service Engineer
to support and maintain next?generation AV/UC systems across London, the South and occasionally Europe. This is an exciting, hands?on role for someone who wants to grow, learn, and become a confident technical engineer within a supportive, close?knit team.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and resolve AV/VC issues on-site and remotely
Manage service tickets through our BoomCare platform
Deliver preventative maintenance across client sites
Support installations: cable terminations, device setup, rack build assistance and commissioning
Assist with UAT, pilot rooms and go?live support
Maintain clean, accurate documentation (PMVs, asset registers, commissioning sheets)
Represent BoomSpace with professionalism, clarity and a people?first mindset
What You'll Bring
Experience as an AV Field Service Engineer or AV Technician
Strong understanding of AV fundamentals (signal flow, configuration, troubleshooting)
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, VLAN basics)
Familiarity with Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
Confident communicator with excellent documentation habits
Professional, calm and client?focused manner
Full UK driving licence + Right to Work in the UK
