Audio Visual LED Field Technician

Location: Manchester - Fully remote, apart from Training/Internal Requirements

Salary: 27,000 to 30,000

Hours: 40 Hours per week+ Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

Installing and maintaining AV/LED equipment to ensure optimal performance Diagnosing and repairing technical issues across various systems Conducting testing and diagnostics to evaluate system reliability Completing documentation, maintaining logs, and producing service reports Providing excellent customer service and explaining technical issues clearly Following safety protocols and company procedures to ensure compliant operations
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in audio/visual (essential) Live event industry experience (preferred)
