About The Role




As an Audit Co-ordinator at Manheim Vehicle Services, you'll play a key part in the inspection-to-sale process by reviewing cosmetic inspections, applying the right contract standards, creating accurate repair estimates, and working closely with customers to gain authorisation for work. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, has a strong technical understanding of vehicle repair methods and is confident communicating with both customers and internal teams to keep vehicles moving smoothly through the preparation process.

What You'll Be Doing



Applying the correct standards to inspection findings and ensuring all recorded damage aligns with contractual expectations. Creating and adjusting repair estimates using the CAMS system and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Speaking with customers and rental partners to explain repair methods, negotiate costs, and gain timely authorisations. Processing additional work requests or upgrades once vehicles have entered the repair stage. Supporting the quality control process to ensure vehicles meet the required standards before becoming sale-ready. Working collaboratively with inspectors, operations, and sales teams to maintain workflow and customer satisfaction. Supporting improvements in inspection technology, processes, and operational efficiency. Following all HSE and Information Security requirements as part of daily operations.

What We're Looking For



Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods, including body shop, part replacement, and SMART repair. Confidence speaking with customers, including the ability to explain repair methods and handle challenging conversations. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to apply standards accurately and consistently. Experience working within structured processes or regulated environments. Ability to make clear, well-reasoned decisions when assessing repairs. Good understanding of vehicle components across cars and light commercial vehicles. Ability to interpret data and use tools such as Excel to support reporting. Comfortable using technology and adapting to system changes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. A collaborative, friendly team player with strong interpersonal skills
