Downham Market
A long-established and supportive accounting firm is seeking an Audit Manager to join their team. The role offers the chance to take on a key position within the audit function, with scope to develop further as the firm continues to grow.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee and deliver audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients. Manage, support and develop members of the audit team. Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure work is completed in line with relevant standards and internal procedures. Contribute to internal improvements and the ongoing development of the service line.
Personal Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent. Strong background in audit within a practice environment. Confident managing workflows and supporting more junior colleagues. Clear communication skills and a professional approach to client work. Motivated to take on responsibility and grow within the role.
