Description





As an Audit Manager working with a mixed portfolio of commercial and not-for-profit clients, you'll have the chance to build strong relationships across a broad range of organisations. You'll work closely with Partners and Directors to deliver a high-quality, tailored audit service that meets each client's specific needs.###

Key Responsibilities



Your responsibilities will include:

Looking after a mixed portfolio of commercial and not-for-profit clients, building strong relationships and managing more complex accounts and tax matters. Acting as a key contact when the Partner is away, making sure client queries are handled smoothly and promptly. Working closely with the compliance team to help plan workloads and ensure resources are used effectively. Keeping an eye on budgets and deadlines, making sure work is delivered efficiently and billing is on track. Supporting junior team members with guidance, feedback, and day-to-day coaching to help them grow.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





We would expect this person to have:ACA/ACCA qualifications. Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio, preferably with clients from the NFP sector. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Experience leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of developing junior staff members.
