Our Audit Quality Support Team (AQST) plays a crucial role in upholding audit quality across the firm. To keep our teams at the top of their game, we need engaging, high-quality financial reporting training that equips our people with the knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding client service. That's where you come in.
What You'll Do:
The Financial Reporting Training Manager/Senior Manager will be part of a team that collaborates well to successfully support colleagues and will be expected to:

• Design and deliver high-impact training courses from initial concept to final presentation.
• Engage and inspire teams with clear, dynamic, and interactive sessions that make complex topics easy to understand.
• Collaborate with key teams (Audit Quality Support and Accounting Technical Services) to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Explore new ways of learning, whether it's virtual, face-to-face, or innovative digital solutions that enhance engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement by keeping up to date with IFRS, UK GAAP/FRS 102, narrative reporting, and UK company law.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a professional services firm, a university, or a professional tuition college.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical expertise and deep knowledge of financial reporting standards.
• Confident presenter and comfortable delivering training to teams at all levels, including senior colleagues.
• Creative thinker and able to design visually engaging materials and explore innovative ways to enhance learning.
• Proactive and self-motivated with great organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Happy to travel, delivering training across Forvis Mazars offices in the UK.
