About the Role:?
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Audit Semi-Senior to join our expanding team. As an Audit Senior, to work on audit assignments, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards while building strong relationships with clients. This position demands an approachable and professional individual who understands client requirements and delivers exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Audit Semi- Senior, your responsibilities will include:
Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.
Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.
Attend courses to ensure technical knowledge is maintained and that CPD is complied with.
Carrying out audit tasks and testing as directed by the audit manager.
Ensure audit files contain all necessary documentation, properly organised in the appropriate sections.
Analyse accounting data from client records, providing insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal audit methodology, and risk management requirements.
Build relationships with both new and established clients.
Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely client files and audits.
Deliver client work in adherence to legal and statutory requirements.
Key Requirements:
Part ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent (or actively working towards qualification).
Previous?experience within an accountancy practice, particularly in accounts preparation and audit.
SME Audit experience.
Additional Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and?maintain?relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to understand client needs and deliver professional, high-quality service.
A dependable, self-motivated team player, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates?high levels?of confidentiality and adheres to professional ethical standards.
