A reputable accountancy firm is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to support the delivery of audit services to a broad range of commercial clients. This position involves leading engagements, supporting team development and contributing to the continued improvement of audit processes and client service.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and oversee audit engagements for a varied portfolio of commercial clients.
Manage, support and develop audit team members.
Ensure audit work is completed in line with professional and regulatory standards.
Maintain and develop client relationships, identifying areas where the firm can provide additional support.
Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including technology use and process improvement.
Personal Requirements
ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified.
Significant post-qualification experience in audit within a professional services environment.
Experience operating at Audit Manager or Senior Manager level.
Ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
Strong organisational and technical audit skills.
Ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients.
