We are growing our team to ensure we can help as many people as possible access high-quality services in a timely manner and as such, we are looking for a Team Lead to join us on this exciting journey!

What we are looking for

Ideally, we are seeking a Clinical Psychologist, but we will consider other backgrounds if you have significant expertise in Neurodevelopmental Assessments. E.g.:

Clinical/Counselling/Forensic/Occupational/Education Psychology Social Work Nursing Occupational Therapy
Relevant registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE SCW or SSSC

Highly experienced in conducting online ADOS and ADI-R assessments for both children and adults

Experience leading a team of clinicians within a neurodevelopmental assessment service

Ability to support complex MDT discussions

Attention to detail and ability to quality check clinical work

Experienced in offering supervision

Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria

Excellent communication and organisation skills
