Permanent, Full Time You can be based from our Head Office in Chichester, hybrid or fully remote 65,000 to 70,000 depending on experience Excellent benefits package

We are growing our team to ensure we can help as many people as possible access high-quality services in a timely manner and as such, we are looking for a Team Lead to join us on this exciting journey!


What we are looking for




Significant expertise in Neurodevelopmental Assessments with a core qualification and registration in + Clinical/Counselling/Forensic/Occupational/Education Psychology
+ Social Work
+ Nursing
+ Occupational Therapy
+ or Speech Language Therapy
Relevant registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE SCW or SSSC Highly experienced in conducting online ADOS and ADI-R assessments for both children and adults Experience leading a team of clinicians within a neurodevelopmental assessment service Ability to support complex MDT discussions Attention to detail and ability to quality check clinical work Experienced in offering supervision Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria Excellent communication and organisation skills
