We are looking to appoint an Assistant Charity Shop Manager to help assist in running Autism Bedfordshire’s charity shop in Bedford. The Assistant Shop Manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the shop while ensuring that targets are met. The post-holder will take responsibility for the management of the shop including staff and volunteers.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of customer care, managing the daily operation of the shop including stock management and shop appearance, managing the security and accounting of cash, health and safety issues, administrative tasks, and the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers.
