With continued growth in our Mechanical & Electrical Services, we are looking for a talented

AutoCAD/BIM Technician

to join our expanding BIM/CAD team. This role offers excellent long-term career progression and training in modern digital engineering technologies including Revit and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our engineering teams, you will:

Produce accurate 2D M&E coordination drawings using AutoCAD Create detailed, coordinated technical sections and layouts Import/export files between AutoCAD and Revit (NWC, NWD, IFC, DWG formats) Work with linked Revit models using shared coordinates Assist with Revit family creation and M&E service coordination to installation level Support the delivery of innovative MEP design solutions on a wide variety of technical building projects

Skills & Experience

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

Previous experience in the M&E or building services sector (preferred) Minimum 2 years' AutoCAD experience producing high-quality technical drawings Experience using Revit and Navisworks (desirable but not essential) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail A proactive, team-focused approach Confidence to take ownership of tasks and support project delivery Willingness to attend site or project meetings if required
