What Youll Do

Lead the design, build, and deployment of automation workflows and model-driven apps using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services) into business processes. Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft, Adobe, and third-party platforms such as Deltek Workbook and Staffology. Identify and deliver automation opportunities across departments to drive efficiency and smarter working. Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage projects from concept to deployment. Collaborate with IT, media teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new solutions. Uphold organisational standards, GDPR, and security protocols. Document developments for future maintenance and compliance, and deliver user guides and training to upskill staff. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.

What Youll Bring

Essential:

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Proficiency in JavaScript for Power Apps customisations. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business workflows. Ability to integrate APIs and connect third-party applications. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Desirable:

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and enterprise SaaS tools. Experience with Deltek Workbook and Staffology. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
