We're seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, maintain, and optimize our AI-driven systems including customer service automation, email workflows, and business process automation. You'll work with platforms like n8n and Make.com to develop innovative solutions that drive our growing food supplement business forward.

Based in central Edinburgh, this full-time office role offers a collaborative Mon-Fri environment (9am-5:30pm) where your technical expertise will directly impact our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities



AI Workflow Development:

Plan and build efficient automated workflows using platforms such as n8n and Make.com.

System Maintenance & Optimisation:

Regularly review and enhance the performance and stability of existing AI customer service, email response, and related automation systems.

Business Solution Design:

Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and design AI-driven new features.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Quickly diagnose and resolve issues related to automation workflows or system integrations.

API Integration & System Connectivity:

Seamlessly integrate various AI tools with internal IT infrastructure.

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and process transparency.

Essential Requirements



Proven experience with n8n and Make.com automation platforms Background in AI system development (chatbots, automated response systems) Strong IT system architecture and integration experience API integration and system connectivity expertise Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- we use an advanced (and easy to use) team and project management software that resolves the majority of the communication issues when working between team and team leaders so working is stress-free and enjoyable (as it should be considering we spend so much of our lives at work!).

- The central Edinburgh office is located in the West End near Haymarket Station giving a comfortable, airy office space, with a quiet atmosphere conducive to focused results.
