Do you have the skills to lead initiatives that enhance automation, optimise production processes, and deliver engineering projects across a dynamic manufacturing site?


We're looking for someone with expertise in Automation, Industrial Control Systems, Project Engineering, and Process Improvement to help us achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

About the Ideal Candidate




We are looking for someone who can maintain and support existing equipment whilst driving our strategy and working with our automation partners to deliver the capability needed to achieve our site goals.


This role would suit a candidate with a balance of Industrial Control Systems software expertise and hands on electro-mechanical skills.

Education and Experience



Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent). Experience in leading automation a manufacturing environment, with exposure to automation and process improvement. Proficiency in a variety of PLC programming and industrial control systems (required - Siemens, Allen Bradley) Experience in programming and integrating industrial robotics (ABB, Kawasaki, Universal Robots). Experience in integration and support of OEE monitoring systems Experience of integrating and data acquisition from oven control systems (Eurotherm) Experience in safety of machinery and working to safety standards including EN 13849. Experience managing engineering projects and delivering measurable improvements.
