Job Description

The RSC is looking to recruit a No. 3 Automation Technician

to join the team at Matilda The Musical in London.

The appointed candidate would ideally start in September 2025

All applicants must have an understanding and practical knowledge of the principles and safe working practices of theatre rigging, automation systems and set construction, as well as professional theatre experience relevant to this post.

This position is offered as a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months.Working days are Tuesday to Sunday in a normal week. Additional calls may be required during cast change and with scheduled additional matinees.
