Role Description

We are looking for a full-time

Automotive Airfreight Operations Specialist

to join our team.

This role focuses on managing day-to-day airfreight operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, handling customer communications and managing expectations, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

You'll work closely with our wider logistics and transport team to guarantee the timely, secure delivery of automotive vehicles and parts.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in airfreight operations and logistics coordination Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service Solid understanding of airfreight regulations and compliance requirements Experience in the automotive transportation industry (preferred, not essential) Excellent organisational and time management abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with flexibility to attend the office on a regular basis to connect with colleagues and align on key operations. Proficiency with logistics management systems and related software
