Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our automotive team on a casual basis as an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA). This role is critical to maintaining compliance with awarding organisation standards and ensuring the integrity and consistency of our assessment practices. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality automotive training at one of the UK's leading technical colleges.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are IMI-approved VDA Accredited Assessors, with a strong background in automotive assessment, training, and quality assurance.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering high-quality, effective training and assessment across Vehicle Damage Assessor commercial training programmes.
Ensuring compliance with course regulations, specifications, and awarding body requirements.
Designing and delivering effective training and assessment materials, including digital resources.
Providing constructive feedback to learners and supporting their progress.
Undertaking internal quality assurance activities to secure high standards of assessment practice.
Driving continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment quality.
