CT Carbon is a leading automotive styling brand, specialising in carbon fibre styling. We are currently growing our team and are looking for a creative and passionate Automotive Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and shape the future of our business and the industry. You will work closely with directors and cross-functional teams to create concept sketches, digital renderings, and detailed design models that align with our company's vision and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create original and innovative vehicle styling design concepts from initial sketch to final product. Collaborate with directors to refine designs based on feedback and project requirements. Assist in creating high-quality digital renderings, CAD models, and 3D prototypes using software such as Blender Keep up to date with industry trend's new vehicle releases, materials, and technologies. Present design ideas and proposals in team meetings and design reviews. Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, ergonomic principles, and regulatory guidelines. Work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and production to align design outcomes with project goals. Participate in user research and testing to understand customer needs and integrate user feedback into design solutions.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree or proven experience in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, concept sketches, and digital renderings (required). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Alias, Rhino, or similar CAD tools. Knowledge of 3D visualization software (e.g., VRED, Blender) is a plus. Basic understanding of vehicle engineering principles and the automotive manufacturing process. Excellent sketching, drawing, and visualization skills. Creative thinker with the ability to bring unique and innovative ideas to the table. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly. Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
