Job Overview

t.i.m. Commercials is a family owned business, looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, reliable Parts Advisor, to join the team at our Furnace Road Depot in Ilkeston, Derbys. We are an Isuzu main dealer and you will be assisting with internal and external customer enquiries for Isuzu Trucks, Pick-ups and Subaru Cars.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory control and management of parts stock. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions and managing sales and quotes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and availability. Collaborate with service technicians to facilitate order fulfillment for repairs and maintenance. Uphold dealership standards by ensuring cleanliness and organization within the parts department. Occasions deliver parts to customers.

Skills

Previous knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and service processes is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with retail math for accurate pricing and sales analysis. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. FLT C/B experience or Licence ( training and Qualification can we provided)

Full Time, Permanet Monday to Friday, working on a garage rota of 7.am to 3.30pm & 12.30pm to 9pm Monday to Friday. Every alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12 noon. (paid at overtime rate)
