Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team at M-Tech MOT Centre in Westbury. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation for top-tier automotive services.

You will be working directly with the General Manager and Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Handle customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Support the team with general office duties to keep operations running smoothly. Ordering Parts and providing quotes to customers Work closely with the General Manager in ensuring operations run smoothly

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or reception roles. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude. Knowledge of automotive industry terminology is advantageous.
