Trainee Programme

and gain hands-on experience across the automotive industry.

This programme is your chance to join a thriving local business and explore a variety of trades and departments. Each area of the business provides a unique perspective, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how our automotive operations run.

Placements run for 12 - 18 months

Working within 6 areas of the business in blocks of 10 weeks

With an additional 3 option blocks of 6 weeks - where you get to select areas of interest, that are not covered in the main scheme.

Develop your skills, gain confidence, and discover where your strengths can take you in the fast-paced world of automotive.

Sales Operations Trainee



Are you ready to drive your career forward in the fast-paced world of automotive sales? As a Sales Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience across every department connected to automotive sales and support. Your role could take you out on the road with our sales teams, meeting customers in our mobile showrooms, welcoming visitors into our main showroom, or supporting the process behind the scenes. From order handling and technical support to aftersales care and finance management.

You'll rotate through key areas of the business, including:

Customer Service External Sales for our

Laser Tools

brand eCommerce Credit Control & Customer Accounts Technical Support Sales & Customer Service for our

Power-TEC

brand Showroom & Fleet Management Service & Repair Marketing
During your option blocks, you'll also have the chance to focus on specialist areas such as:

Purchasing & Product Branding Quality & Environment IT Warehouse
This program will immerse you in the full automotive sales cycle -- from product innovation and branding through to customer engagement, aftersales, and long-term service -- preparing you for a dynamic career in the automotive sector.

A mentor will be designated to you who will provide you with guidance and support within each department and help you during your training programme journey.

If successful at the end of the scheme, you will have the opportunity to move into a full employment with the company in the area you have excelled in or have a special interest in. At this point we will offer you the chance to undertake a Vocational Qualification if desired.

We are searching for vibrant, enthusiastic candidates with a real desire to take on a new challenge and remain open minded during the programme. You will need to be keen to learn and versatile to adapt well to different work requirements within each department.

During these sessions your mentors will also provide some guidance on soft skills and dealing with a variety of situations in the workplace - all designed to set you up well for when you potentially take on a full-time role in the business.
