Overview

We are seeking

two

reliable and detail?focused individuals to join Trivium on a

fixed term basis till 30th June 2026 with potential to extend.

These individuals would operate and maintain coating backend equipment in line with manufacturing and quality standards. The role involves following set procedures, running the backend of the coating lines safely, monitoring product quality, and reporting any issues that may affect production. Effective communication, teamwork, and flexibility. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem?solving skills, and a methodical approach are key to success in this position.

Duties

Follow standard operating procedures to produce coating work using correct materials. Ability to set up and run the backend of the coating lines in a safe and timely manner. Ensure that the running order is done in an efficient manner and coordinated with the agreed plan. Evaluate sheets during production to safeguard against both print and coating none conformances. Report any safety, quality or any other issues that may cause, or potentially cause production setbacks. Work and communicate effectively with coating, print, engineering, and planning colleagues. Effectively communicate any delays/issues to the relevant people. Use APL effectively. Provide holiday cover and absence cover for other colleagues within your skill base. Support other roles within the department when required. Work in partnership with other team members Adherence to Trivium Packaging UK Ltd - Norwich Policies and Procedures and protocols.

Requirements

and Competencies

Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or factory environment is advantageous.

Demonstrates a proactive approach and maintains a positive, solution?focused attitude. Possesses strong mechanical aptitude. Shows clear and effective communication skills. Works in a methodical and meticulous manner. Exhibits good numerical ability (advantageous). Maintains a steady and calm temperament, particularly under pressure. Able to meet tight deadlines and manage workload effectively. Capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships. Displays excellent problem?solving skills. Willing to undertake all necessary training required for the role. Shows a commitment to ongoing learning and additional training as required.
