We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Auxillary Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an auxillary Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical assistance, ensuring the well-being of patients, and supporting the healthcare team in delivering effective treatments.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed. Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans for patients. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and report any changes to the medical team. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a healthcare or care home setting (preferred) a caring and compassionate nature Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Relevant training or NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing patient care tasks. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating empathy and compassion towards patients.
