This is an outstanding opportunity for a subject matter expert (SME) in Audio Visual and collaboration to join our client's dynamic team in Leeds, bringing specialist insight and adding tangible value by proactively engaging with end users.
You will leverage strong working relationships with sales colleagues across multiple teams, ensuring solutions are not only expertly designed and delivered, but also closely aligned with the evolving needs of their clients. By collaborating cross-functionally, you will help translate real-world requirements into innovative experiences that truly make a difference for their customers.
Audio Visual Collaboration is a rapidly growing part of our client's sales portfolio that offers market leading solutions to their customers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the business with specific focus on Meeting Rooms.
Highlights of the Role:
Lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of cutting-edge AV and collaboration solutions for clients across a diverse range of sectors.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into tailored, market-leading solutions focused on enhancing workspace communication, particularly within meeting room environments.
Work closely with internal sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial consultation through to implementation and support.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and emerging trends in audio-visual and collaboration platforms.
Drive customer engagement through demonstrations, presentations, and hands-on solution workshops, helping clients unlock greater value from their investment.
Champion innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new products, platforms, and approaches that set our client apart in the marketplace.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, and technical documentation, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction at every stage.
Based with commuting distance of Leeds, our client offers a salary of 45k-50k p.a. doe plus commission (75k-80k OTE) and many fantastic benefits * see below
