Role: Commercial & Procurement Manager
Location: Weybridge (On-site)
Drive AV project procurement, gross profit optimisation and maintenance contract lifecycle to ensure cost control, supplier reliability, and recurring revenue growth. Collaborate with project, finance, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement of AV equipment; validate BOMs, negotiate pricing, manage lead times and supply risks.
Generate monthly project-level Gross Profit reports; analyze variances, forecast margins, support PMs with cost recovery and value engineering.
Own full maintenance contract lifecycle: track renewals (90-120 days pre-expiry), negotiate terms, upsell service tiers, maintain centralized database with SLAs, pricing, and escalation clauses.
Build and manage preferred supplier frameworks; conduct QBRs, resolve disputes, ensure compliance (RoHS, CE, warranties).
Support commercial processes: review POs, subcontracts, change orders, tender pricing, and risk mitigation.
Align inventory with project pipelines; coordinate logistics and just-in-time delivery.
Requirements:
2+ years in AV integration or procurement (systems integrator, reseller, or manufacturer).
Standard technical knowledge of AV ecosystems (control systems, audio, video, conferencing).
Advanced Excel for GP modeling.
Proven success in supplier negotiation, contract renewals, and margin improvement.
Analytical, detail-focused, with client-facing communication skills.
