Are you a skilled Avionic Technician looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham?



JMC Aviation are currently recruiting Avionic Technicians for a base maintenance contract starting ASAP, for a long-term duration.



Contract details:



Job: Avionic Technician

Location: Birmingham

Start: Immediate - Dec 2026

Rate: 36.00 per hour

Shift: Mon-Fri (07:00 - 15:30) or Mon-Thu (12:00 - 22:30) + break deductions

Tooling: Own tools required (foamed, etched, inventory)

LTD company contractors will require insurance (1m public liability) if accepted.

2-hour trade test (unpaid) required before acceptance



To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the following:


Right to work in the UK Previous base maintenance experience on Boeing aircraft Availability to start ASAP Own avionic tooling (etched, foamed & inventory) For IR35 purposes, based on role-based determinations, this role is 'Outside IR35'.

Unfortunately, candidates without the right to work in the UK will not be considered.
