We are seeking a skilled Avionics Engineer to join our small team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of avionics systems for various aircraft. This position requires a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within our current small team.

Duties
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate avionics systems into aircraft
Lead and complete the installation of cutting-edge avionics systems, managing the process from inception to completion.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during the installation process.
Implement project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving on existing avionics systems.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
