Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a AVP Operational Resilience to join their Risk team based in London.
Responsibilities below:

Understanding business architecture leveraging existing and supporting improved process mapping
Ensuring the organisation has a clear and complete view of the vulnerabilities which exist in its processes, how these relate to the delivery of business services and their remediation path
Enabling the organisation to streamline processes to increase automation, reduce failure risk and reduce operating costs.
Enable a greater understanding of the technology and applications used across the organisation, how this supports its business services and the threats and vulnerabilities associated with them.
Participation at a working group level of change programs which may materially alter the resilience posture of the organization, influencing these to ensure risk is either mitigated or improvements made.

Previous experience within Operational Resilience is essential.
