Description
We are working with a Tier 1 US investment bank who is looking for an AVP / Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Debt team, with a focus on asset management and portfolio management. This position offers the opportunity to work on large, complex transactions alongside leading global private equity funds.
Responsibilities:

• Manage real estate debt portfolios across both OpCo and PropCo structures.
• Oversee positions with ticket sizes ranging from 100m to multi-billion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key partners and stakeholders.
• Provide solutions to complex issues within asset and portfolio management.
• Support the execution and monitoring of large-cap lending strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate debt (CMBS, balance sheet lending, syndications or equivalent).
• Strong technical and analytical skills with proven ability to manage complex deal structures.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience working with institutional investors and large-cap transactions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions and a platform renowned for its depth of expertise, deal flow and global reach.
