The Role
We're looking for a proactive, curious and driven individual to join us as our
Awaab's Law Compliance Lead
. This is a brand-new role with real potential -- ideal for someone in their career who's looking to step up and help lead one of the biggest shifts in housing compliance.
You'll work closely with our clients, innovations team, and senior leaders to build best-in-class compliance strategies, develop tools, and educate others in how to get it right.
Key Responsibilities
Help implement Awaab's Law compliance across social housing contracts
Interpret regulation into action -- using severity scoring, categorisation and response planning
Work with clients to educate and embed best practice
Support the design of digital tools and playbooks to aid compliance
Stay informed of sector updates and translate changes into internal processes
Represent The Dwelling Doctors at events, training, and client meetings
What We're Looking For
3-5 years' experience in social housing, tenant support, compliance, or property services
Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal and in presentations
A strong interest in regulation, housing health and resident wellbeing
Someone ready to grow fast and take ownership of a specialist area
Passion for doing things properly -- no box ticking, just the right outcome for people and homes
What We Offer
35,000 - 40,000 salary depending on experience
