Awards Systems and Compliance Officer - London W1F, 33,600 per annum
Our opportunity:
This role is
responsible for the day-to-day running of BAFTA's awards systems, including overseeing their compliance, and providing support to colleagues, entrants and members. BAFTA's software systems include an end-to-end awards management system, awards ticketing site, digital events management site, live round jury voting site, membership voting site and BAFTA View, a streaming platform where members engage with awards content.
This role will also own all of the processes that surround the governance of the constitution of BAFTA's membership in relation to the genre specific committees.
Candidates should be excellent at project management as itisessential they are able to communicate all updates and changes to BAFTA's systems in a precise
,
timely and efficient manner. While candidates do not require software development experience, logical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the technical development teams is essential. Experience in building forms and working with CRMs would be an advantage.
To succeed in this position candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a can do attitude, to ensure we continue to provide a gold standard of service to BAFTA members and entrants.

Who you are?
Someone with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to process large amounts of sensitive data quickly and correctly, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
An individual with excellent organisational abilities, and the discipline for self-organisation without direct supervision.
Someone with a service-oriented approach.
Experienced working with software product managers, technical support staff.
Able to understand complex workflows that you can impart to technical stakeholders.
