that specializes in cutting-edge cloud solutions for high-impact industries. We're seeking an

AWS Engineer

to design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy cloud solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborate with internal and external customers to determine business requirements and translate these into cloud-based technical solutions. Manage and provide support for existing cloud infrastructure. Identify opportunities to improve/optimise existing solutions with a strong focus on cost/performance optimisation. Develop and maintain documentation of cloud solutions. Collaborating with other engineers to improve tooling, processes, and ways of working.

Required Skills:

?Knowledge of networking concepts and tools, such as DNS, routing, load balancing, VPNs and firewalls Experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure solutions with knowledge of security concepts Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture and best practices Core AWS service experience required: EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, VPC's, Transit gateways Additional AWS service experience: Lamba, EKS, CloudWatch Experience of CI/CD approaches with Python scripting, Terraform, Git/Gitlab, Windows & Linux administration

Nice to have:

Experience of SQL scripting Experience of operating/managing data intensive workloads on the cloud is highly desirable (e.g. Spark, Databricks) Monitoring & Logging in AWS using Grafana SALT from the Salt project Cloud Query Working with API's
